Principal Consultant - VoIP

Principal Consultants are responsible for:

  • Conducting research, analysis and preparation of project deliverables. Our projects encompass Business Strategy, Operational, Organizational and Technology Strategy, Product Definition and Architecture, Execution Management, etc.;
  • Program management and business development;
  • Providing clear articulation of complex issues and findings to project team and clients;
  • Supporting practice and business development activities.

Principals must be comfortable to work effectively at different levels of client organization from core team staff up to senior executives – Candidates must demonstrate very strong interpersonal skills.

Successful candidates must have a demonstrable track record of leadership, as well as deep experience in the following:

  • Distinguished academic record, advanced degree from top program preferred
  • Thorough understanding of current industry trends in wireless, broadband and/or media domains and their implications on operators in creating sustainable competitive advantage;
  • Experience in two or more of the following functions a must:
    • Deliver business strategy, product management, customer analysis, and segmentation
    • Must be able to provide IT solutions architecture
    • Advise on emerging broadband initiatives such as high speed data and VoIP (voice over internet protocol)
  • Comfortable working independently or in small teams within large client settings;
  • Superior oral and written communications skills; Very strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Pro-active and confident with proven leadership skills and the ability to command client's respect and drive client teams toward achieving their business objectives.
  • Masters Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field of study plus at least 3 years (36 months) experience in the job duties
