Strategy and Technology Consultant
Job Duties:
- Research, analysis, and preparation of project deliverables
- Business analysis and business case development (including modeling)
- Technology strategy development
- Requirements elicitation and product definition
- Technology assessments and diagnostics
- Technical architecture development
- Leading project work streams and driving client teams toward achieving their business objectives
- Understanding complex issues and delivering findings to project team and clients
- Supporting company’s business development and firm growth activities
- Assesses, confirms and monitors client expectations and client satisfaction
- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
- Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts.
- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum educational requirements: Master’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or its foreign equivalent; and
- Three (3) years of telecommunications consulting experience in Operational Systems Support (OSS) and Network Operations
- Extensive travel required
